I’m gluten-intolerant. Are your products suitable for me?
Yes. We are very strict in our production. There’s no contact with gluten sources. Our suppliers who aren’t certified gluten-free guarantee that their spices and herbs are below 20 ppm, which is Canada’s standard for claiming a product is gluten-free. However, we don’t have our own certification, so it’s up to you to decide!

What is the delivery time?
We prepare your order the same day, and it ships the next day. :) (Unless you place your order on Friday at 5 pm. In that case, it might ship on Monday, especially if there’s a strong temptation for a glass of wine!) After that, it takes about 1 to 3 business days for our carriers to get it to your mailbox!
What are the delivery fees?
For all orders in Quebec and Ontario, shipping costs are $9.99, and it’s free for orders over $60. For the rest of Canada, delivery is free for orders over $75. For the United States and international orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping address.
What if I’m not home on the delivery day?
No worries, we know you have a life too! If you’d like the delivery person to leave the package without a signature and in a safe location, please request this in the "comments" section during checkout. Due to the high incidence of package theft, we ask our main carrier to require a signature for delivery. (Some carriers we use in specific regions may not offer a signature option.) After two attempts, we’ll receive a notification, and we’ll need to reactivate the package. We’ll contact you to get your authorization to leave the package without a signature in a suitable spot.
I see your seasonings are also available in jars. Where can I buy them?
To keep delivery costs reasonable, jars are only available in sets of 12, 6, 4, or 3. They are shipped by courier directly to your door with a signature requirement to prevent package theft (such a hassle!). If you know you’ll be away and want our carrier to leave the package without a signature in a specific spot, just let us know in the comments section during checkout.

How much seasoning should I add to my usual recipes to make them WOW-worthy?
All our flavors are designed to be virtually foolproof. Still, we thought it’d be helpful to provide some guidance:

Our team and collaborators always cook with our own seasonings (okay... we’re a bit biased!). Our R&D team is constantly active, which is why we frequently share great ideas in the recipe section of our website and on our social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). A great source of inspiration is to join our Facebook "Group" page where fans share their recipes.
Will your new flavors be available in stores?
We’d be crazy not to offer them! But the selection of available flavors is ultimately up to the retailers. :) If you like exclusives, know that we always offer our new releases to our online customers first!
Where can I find nutritional values?
We know how important this is! They’re available in the product section and on the back of each jar.
Do your products contain allergens?
While we are very meticulous in our cleaning and production processes, we cannot guarantee 100% the absence of ingredients from one in the production of another. So, please stay cautious before consuming our products! Some of our products contain mustard, which is listed as an allergen on our labels.
What does keto-friendly mean?
Some of our customers are health-conscious and have completely removed various types of sugar from their diets. Since our products don’t need sugar to be delicious, they’re a perfect fit! If you’re eating keto or LCHF, we had you in mind! Check out our recipes!
I’m vegetarian/vegan. Will I find options with your products?
Absolutely! Take a look at our recipes; we guarantee you won’t be able to live without our BBQ tofu!
Do your products contain salt?
All great chefs agree, a dish shouldn’t taste like salt. Salt should be used simply to enhance taste and flavor. So, we followed these recommendations when creating all our recipes. :)
The goal is that you won’t have to add salt or pepper when cooking with our seasonings.
How long do your products keep?
Technically, spices don’t have an expiration date. That said, you can easily keep them for two years or more if stored properly. Keep them in a dry place and away from direct light (e.g., in a drawer or cupboard).
Refund policy
Did we make a mistake with your order?
Keep the packaging intact, email us at info@lessavoureux.com , and we’ll give you all the details on how to return the package to us at our expense. Of course, we’ll send you the correct products as soon as the carrier returns the incorrect order.
