We are very proud to present our three tasty sugar-free and gluten-free hot sauces! Louisiana & Cajun, Piri-Piri and Sriracha & Grill.
These 3 creations are the result of a great collaboration with Domaine Britannia Mills, a Quebec producer who won a gold medal at the prestigious NYC Hot Sauce Expo competition. The owners of the estate grow many kinds of peppers and they even do hybridization. They are recognized in the world of high quality hot sauces.
Our wish is to offer you accessible hot sauces. Nothing that will tear your mouth out! For those who are more sensitive to hot peppers, you can "cut" our sauces with mayonnaise... It's so good!
- SRIRACHA & GRILL : Intensity 3/10 (Moderate). We wanted to create a Sriracha Style sauce (sugar-free) in which we wanted to add roundness with our Grilled spice mix. This gives it a unique taste that is accessible to everyone. INGREDIENTS: Hot Peppers, Cider Vinegar, Garlic, Grilled Spices, Sea Salt.
- LOUISIANA & CAJUN: Intensity 5/10 (medium hot). Here we wanted to initiate the encounter between a Louisiana-style sauce with our Cajun spice blend. The result exceeds our expectations and it is really TASTY. INGREDIENTS: Hot Peppers (Cayenne), Vinegar, Garlic, Cajun Spices, Sea Salt.
- PIRI-PIRI: Intensity 6/10 (medium-strong). We wanted to create a Piri-Piri sauce that contains only natural ingredients of the highest quality. Our first criterion was to use the highest quality olive or avocado oil. This is clearly not the case with commercial sauces. The result is a creamy sauce that can be used in countless meals. Of course, you can make a Piri-Piri Chicken with the Les Savoureux touch. A pure delight! INGREDIENTS: Lemon Juice, Vinegar, Olive Oil, Hot Pepper Powder, Garlic, Sea Salt, Onion Powder, Spices, Xanthan Gum, Natural Smoke.
