EASY CUCUMBER PICKLES
Easy Cucumber Pickles, crisp, fresh, and incredibly handy

With the crunch of cucumbers, the little kick of red onion, the brightness of lemon, and our Les Savoureux Vegetable Salt and Dill Pickle blends, the result is simple, quick, and absolutely delicious.

🥘 Ingredients (about 3 cups)
Storage: up to 7 days in the fridge
½ red onion
Juice of 1 small lemon
3 Lebanese cucumbers
2 tbsp sweetener of your choice
A pinch of our Vegetable Salt
1 tbsp of our Dill Pickle blend
Fresh herbs, to taste
(dill, parsley, or chives)
🍳 Preparation
Thinly slice the red onion and cucumbers. If you have a mandoline, even better for getting nice thin, even slices.
Place the vegetables in a bowl or jar.
Add the sweetener, our Vegetable Salt, and our Dill Pickle blend.
Squeeze the lemon juice over everything.
Mix well so the vegetables are evenly coated.
Let marinate in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
Serve in a burger, tacos, or over a salad.
