ROASTED ONION FONDUE OR RACLETTE SAUCE
When I’m serving fondue or raclette, I always love having a variety of dipping sauces on the table.
Here’s a SAVORY crowd-pleaser that never fails!
INGREDIENTS

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp Roasted Onion Blend – Les Savoureux
PREPARATION
Mix all the ingredients together until smooth.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving so the flavors can fully develop and the onion flakes have time to rehydrate.
