RANCH DIP/DRESSING

A super versatile recipe that works both as a creamy dip or a fresh salad dressing!
Serve it with raw veggies, BBQ chicken wings, gravlax, drizzled over a salad… or however your cravings decide!
Ingredients

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup cream or milk

1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)

2 tbsp Les Savoureux Ranch seasoning blend
Preparation
Start with the buttermilk base
In a small bowl, combine the cream or milk with the vinegar and stir gently.
Let it sit a few minutes — you just made homemade buttermilk!
Mix it all together
In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream, mayo, and Ranch seasoning.
Gradually add the buttermilk until you reach your desired consistency — thicker for a dip, thinner for a dressing.
