MEXICAN SHREDDED CHICKEN

This shredded chicken can be used for many meals!
In a "Poulet Rouge" type bowl, nachos, tortillas/fajitas, on a salad, in a grilled sandwich, on rice, on a pizza, etc...
INGREDIENTS
3-4 chicken breasts
2 cups store-bought salsa
1 tsp Mexican mix
2 tbsp Ranch spice
2/3 cup cream cheese
Salt and pepper
Drizzle of olive oil
PREPARATION
Place chicken breasts in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Add all ingredients, cover and bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes (or until chicken is no longer pink).
When it comes out of the oven, shred the chicken and mix well!
