APPLE MUFFIN
What a beautiful day picking good apples!
Oops, there are a lot.
What do we do with it? Muffins!
This recipe is really simple, children will love to participate 😇
In a bowl, mix
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Add
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp. baking powder
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup of milk
Add
- 500ml peeled and diced apples
- 3 tbsp. dessert seasoning
- A pinch of salt
- Fill greased muffin cups ¾ full
- Bake in preheated 375F oven for 30 minutes
- Leave to cool and unmold
