A reinvented caesar salad, anyone?
You won't regret it's so good!!!
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup cream
2 tbsp. tablespoon Caesar salad mix
Brussels sprouts cut in 2 or 4
Salt and pepper
1 cup pancetta cut into cubes
Parmesan shavings to taste
Combine all sauce ingredients and refrigerate.
Oil, salt and pepper the Brussels sprouts. Grill them in the oven or in the AirFryer at 400 for 15-20 minutes, taking care to stir the puffs regularly.
Grill the pancetta in the pan for a few minutes.
Remove the cabbage from the oven and assemble the salad with the sauce.
This salad will be as good warm as it is cold :-)
