I've always said that I'm sure I was an Italian in my life!
I LOVE all Italian meals! I NEVER get bored!
It was only fitting that I thought of creating an Italian dressing seasoning.
Here is a great way to use it with this tasty salad.
You will notice that in this recipe the ingredients are finely chopped because I like to eat my salads with a spoon...
I know it's strange!
But it's easier to make a perfect bite out of a spoon, right?!
1/2 cup finely chopped romaine lettuce
1 finely chopped radicchio
1 yellow bell pepper cut into cubes
1 cup cocktail bocconcini cut in half
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cold cuts of your choice in thin strips (I like to use gene salami)
INGREDIENTS FOR THE DRESSING
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup avocado oil
2/3 cup white wine vinegar
3 tbsp. tablespoon Italian salad mix
1/2 cup grated parmesan (optional)
Mix the ingredients for the vinaigrette and refrigerate for a few hours so that the flavors combine.
Combine all salad ingredients, drizzle generously with Italian dressing and enjoy!
