About 2 cups of cherry tomatoes (whole or halved)

1 fresh burrata

2 ripe peaches, sliced

10 slices of prosciutto, rolled

A few basil leaves, rolled

A drizzle of olive oil

A drizzle of balsamic glaze

Grilled bread for serving

Assemble the board
Arrange the cherry tomatoes, peach slices, rolled prosciutto and rolled basil leaves nicely on a large board or serving platter. -
Add the burrata
Place the burrata in the center and gently tear it open so the creamy inside spills out a bit. -
Season generously
Sprinkle everything with our Italian Salad blend, drizzle with olive oil, and finish with a generous swirl of balsamic glaze. -
Serve with love
