Chicken Quinoa Bowl

Juicy chicken infused with our Guacamole Blend and Roasted Garlic, paired with fluffy broth-infused quinoa, veggies, salsa and guacamole.

Ingredients – Chicken Marinade
• 4 chicken breasts, butterflied
• ½ cup olive oil
• Zest and juice of 1 lime
• 1 tsp Roasted Garlic – Les Savoureux
• 2 tbsp Guacamole Blend – Les Savoureux
Marinade Prep

Place chicken in a large resealable bag.

Add olive oil, lime juice and zest, Roasted Garlic and Guacamole Blend.

Massage the marinade into the chicken.

Refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight = maximum flavor!).
Assembling the Quinoa Bowl
Ingredients
• Cooked quinoa
→ Tip: Cook your quinoa with our Chicken Broth Blend instead of plain water for an extra boost of flavor.
• Fresh vegetables of your choice:
– cucumbers
– cherry tomatoes
– red onion
– bell peppers
– corn
– fresh herbs
• Les Savoureux Guacamole
• Les Savoureux Salsa
Steps

Cook quinoa following package instructions, replacing the water with our Chicken Broth Blend.

Grill or pan-sear the marinated chicken until golden and juicy.

In a bowl, layer:
– quinoa
– vegetables
– sliced chicken -
Top with guacamole and salsa for a colorful, fresh, restaurant-worthy bowl.
