Shrimp Ceviche – Les Savoureux Style
A vibrant, refreshing ceviche that’s zesty, crunchy, and bursting with flavor — elevated with our signature Guacamole Blend. A show-stopping dish that feels gourmet but is incredibly simple to make.
Ingredients (Serves 4)

400 g raw shrimp, peeled and cut into small pieces

Juice of 3 limes or more (must fully cover the shrimp)

1 cup green grapes, diced

1 cup cucumber, seeded and diced

2 green onions, sliced
-
1 jalapeño, finely chopped (seeded for less heat)

½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 avocado, diced
-
Salt to taste (optional)

A drizzle of olive oil

A small drizzle of maple syrup (optional)
Preparation Steps:
1. Marinate the shrimp
Place the chopped shrimp in a large bowl.
Pour in the lime juice until completely covered.
Refrigerate until the shrimp turn pink and opaque — fully “cooked” in citrus.
2. Add fruits & veggies
Mix in the grapes, cucumber, jalapeño, cilantro, and green onions.
Stir gently.
3. Season the Les Savoureux way
Add the Guacamole Blend and mix to coat all ingredients evenly.
4. Finish with the avocado
Add the diced avocado last to keep the pieces intact.
Gently fold.
Taste and adjust: a pinch of salt, a drizzle of olive oil, or a touch of maple syrup.
5. Let it rest
Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
