Creamy Caesar Shrimp

🥘 Ingredients

500 g (1 lb) raw shrimp, peeled

½ cup white wine
(or chicken broth) -
1 cup cream
(35% preferred, but 15% cooking cream works well) -
1 ½ tbsp Les Savoureux Caesar Blend

½ cup grated parmesan
🍳 Preparation
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the shrimp.
Cook for 1–2 minutes per side, just until they turn pink.
Remove and set aside (they will finish cooking in the sauce).
In the same pan, pour in the white wine and let it reduce for 2–3 minutes to evaporate the alcohol and concentrate the flavors.
Add the cream and the Les Savoureux Caesar Blend.
Stir well and let simmer gently for 3–5 minutes, until the sauce slightly thickens.
Add the parmesan and stir until melted and the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
Return the shrimp to the pan and simmer for another 2–3 minutes, just until fully cooked.
