Avocado Toast with Guacamole, Grilled Halloumi & Fresh Tomato Basil Mix
A perfect combo of crunch, creaminess and fresh herby flavors. This easy, elevated toast is ideal for brunch, a quick lunch or a beautiful starter that impresses without effort.
Ingredients (2 servings)
• 2 large slices of country-style bread
• 1 block halloumi (about 150 g), sliced
• 1 serving of Les Savoureux Guacamole (recipe here)
• 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp Tomato-Basil Blend – Les Savoureux
• A drizzle of balsamic glaze (optional)
• Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Toast the bread
Toast the bread slices until golden and crispy. -
Spread the guacamole
Generously spread your Les Savoureux guacamole over each toast. -
Grill the halloumi
Heat a non-stick skillet and sear the halloumi slices for 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
Place the warm halloumi directly over the guacamole. -
Season the tomatoes
In a small bowl, combine the tomatoes with olive oil, Tomato-Basil Blend, salt and pepper.
Spoon this mixture over the toasts. -
Serve & enjoy
Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze if desired… then enjoy every bite!
