Instructions

Slice the cheese
Cut the halloumi into nice, even slices, about 1 cm thick for best results. -
Grill the cheese
Heat a drizzle of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the halloumi slices in the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy. -
Add the final touch
Once grilled, drizzle a bit of honey directly into the pan.
Sprinkle your favorite Les Savoureux seasoning and coat the halloumi slices nicely. -
