🥟 Air Fryer Chicken Dumplings

Crispy outside, juicy inside… and ready in no time.
Makes about 16 dumplings.
Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground chicken
• 1 scallion, thinly sliced
• 3 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp Les Savoureux Thai spice blend
• ½ tbsp Les Savoureux Roasted Garlic
• Rice paper wrappers (for rolling)
• A little cooking oil spray (for the air fryer)
Preparation steps:
-
Make the filling
In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken, scallion, soy sauce, Thai blend, and Roasted Garlic until evenly combined. -
Soften the rice papers
Dip one rice paper in warm water for a few seconds—just until pliable.
Cut it in half carefully (over-soaking makes it fragile). -
Form the dumplings
Place ~1 tbsp of filling near the top of a half sheet.
Fold the sides toward the center, then roll into a tight little packet.
Repeat until all the filling is used. -
Air-fry
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange dumplings in the basket without overlapping.
Lightly mist with oil (optional for extra crisp).
Cook 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy. -
Serve
Enjoy hot with a peanut dipping sauce.
