Peanut Sauce for our Chicken Dumplings

This is the exact sauce we pair with our Air Fryer Chicken Dumplings. Creamy, sweet–salty, lightly tangy, and ready in minutes. Built to cling for dipping, but thins beautifully for drizzling over bowls, noodles, or grilled veggies.
Ingredients
• ½ cup natural peanut butter (creamy preferred)
• 3 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
• 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
• ½ cup coconut milk
• 2 tbsp Les Savoureux Thai spice blend
• 1 tsp Les Savoureux Roasted Garlic
• ¼ cup water (to adjust consistency)
Preparation steps:

Start the base
In a small saucepan over low heat, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, hoisin, and a splash of water until smooth. -
Incorporate & smooth
Add the coconut milk, Thai blend, and Roasted Garlic. Whisk until fully combined and silky. -
Gently simmer
Let it barely simmer 2–3 minutes, stirring, just until the sauce slightly thickens. -
Adjust the texture
Whisk in hot water, a spoonful at a time, until you reach a smooth, spoon-coating consistency (thicker for dipping, looser for drizzling).
