Dill Pickle Beef Tartare 🥩

Ingredients
260 g of beef, finely diced
1 French shallot, finely chopped
1 heaping tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp whole grain mustard
1½ to 2 tbsp of our Dill Pickle seasoning blend
1 tbsp capers, chopped
2 tbsp Parmesan, finely chopped
Optional but recommended: 2 small pickles, finely diced (for the true pickle lovers)
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the mayo, mustard, Dill Pickle spice blend, capers, shallot, and Parmesan.
Add the diced beef and gently toss to coat without crushing the meat.
