Dill Pickle Pasta Salad

This pasta salad is about to change your mind forever.
You expect something classic… then BAM! Crunchy celery, sweet apple, salty grilled halloumi — all wrapped up in our signature dill pickle creamy dressing.
It’s bold, flavorful, and surprisingly addictive.
You'll go back for seconds (and maybe thirds).
Ingredients

1 recipe of our Dill Pickle Protein Salad Dressing

3 cups cooked pasta of your choice (fusilli, penne, shells... we don't judge)

2 celery stalks, thinly sliced

1 shallot, finely chopped
-
1 cup diced ham
-
2 slices of grilled halloumi, cut into small cubes (hello salty crunch!)

1 apple, diced (for that crisp and slightly sweet surprise)

1 handful of chopped fresh parsley
Preparation Steps:

Prep your ingredients
Cook the pasta and let it cool.
Chop the celery, shallot, ham, halloumi, apple, and parsley. -
Build your salad
In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with celery, shallot, ham, halloumi, apple, and parsley. -
Add the sauce
Pour in the entire dill pickle dressing (yes, all of it!).
Toss gently to coat everything evenly. -
Let it chill
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let all the flavors mingle and fall in love.
