Strawberry & Radish Bruschettas
When Quebec strawberries are in season, we love enjoying them in ways other than dessert 😍
This strawberry and radish bruschetta recipe is fresh, colorful, and full of flavor. With the crunch of radishes, the sweetness of strawberries, and the savory touch of our Tomato & Basil and All-Purpose seasoning blends, it’s the perfect recipe for a summer appetizer, a light starter, or a lunch that feels a little different.

Ingredients
For the homemade crostini
1 baguette
A drizzle of olive oil
For the topping
About 10 radishes
1 cup Quebec strawberries, in season
1/3 cup green onions, finely chopped
Fresh parsley, to taste
A drizzle of olive oil
1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp of our Tomato & Basil seasoning blend
1 tsp of our Go-To blend seasoning
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Method
Preheat the oven to 325°F. Slice the baguette, place the slices on a baking sheet, drizzle lightly with olive oil, and toast in the oven until lightly golden, about 10 to 20 minutes, depending on your oven.
Meanwhile, dice the radishes and strawberries into small pieces and place them in a medium bowl.
Add the green onions, parsley, olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, Tomato & Basil seasoning, All-Purpose seasoning, and freshly ground pepper. Mix well.
Serve on the homemade crostini, over a salad, or as a vegetarian “tartare” with sides such as fries or a salad.
