🥘 Ingredients (3 to 4 cups)
Storage: 3 to 5 days in the fridge
2 fresh mangoes
2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut into pieces
Zest and juice of 1 lime
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
(If you do not like cilantro, you can replace it with fresh Italian parsley)
½ red onion, diced
1 tsp Guacamole blend
½ tsp Mexican blend
(If you find our Mexican blend too strong, you can add a little more Guacamole blend or replace it with our Vegetable blend)
2 pinches of our Les Savoureux Smoked Salt
🍳 Preparation
Cut the mangoes into small cubes.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into pieces about the same size as the mangoes.
Place everything in a large bowl.
Dice the red onion and chop the fresh cilantro, then add them to the mixture.
Add the lime zest and juice.
Then add our Guacamole blend, our Mexican blend, and our Smoked Salt.
Mix everything well, then serve.
