Tex-Mex Pasta Salad
This is exactly the kind of salad we love to have on hand for lunches, quick dinners, or summer buffets 😍
It is generous, colorful, full of texture, and most of all… ultra flavorful thanks to our trio of Cajun, Mexican, and Guacamole seasonings from Les Savoureux.
Between the pasta, black beans, corn, crunchy vegetables, and the creamy dressing with just the right amount of kick, this is the kind of recipe you will want to make again and again.

🥘 Ingredients (about 6 cups)
Makes about 6 meal-sized servings or 10 to 14 buffet-style servings
Storage: Keeps 3 to 4 days in the fridge
3 cups dry pasta of your choice
1 can (540 ml) black beans
1 small red onion, diced
¾ cup chopped fresh herbs of your choice
(parsley, cilantro, or chives)
1 celery stalk, cut into small pieces
¾ cup broccoli, cut into small florets
1 large can (540 ml) corn kernels
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp maple syrup
Juice of half a lime
1 tbsp our Les Savoureux Cajun seasoning
½ to 1 tsp our Les Savoureux Mexican seasoning
(if you are sensitive to heat, use a smaller amount)
1 tbsp our Les Savoureux Guacamole seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
🍳 Preparation
Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
Once cooked, drain and rinse well under cold water.
Make sure to remove any excess water, then place the pasta in a large bowl.
Dice the red onion, chop the fresh herbs, cut the celery, and chop the broccoli, then add everything to the bowl with the pasta.
Open the can of corn, drain well, then add it to the mixture.
Open the can of black beans, then rinse them under cold water until there is no more foam.
Drain well, then add them to the other ingredients.
Add the mayonnaise, maple syrup, lime juice, our Cajun seasoning, our Mexican seasoning, our Guacamole seasoning, as well as salt and pepper.
Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
Refrigerate for a little while before serving if desired, then enjoy.

💡 Savoureux tip
If your taste buds find the salad a little too spicy, do not hesitate to add a bit more maple syrup and mayonnaise to balance the flavor
