INGREDIENTS

1 cup mayonnaise

1 ½ tbsp Thai spice blend – Les Savoureux

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp sesame butter (tahini)

1 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of your choice

1 tbsp toasted sesame oil

Fresh grated ginger, to taste
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving, allowing the flavors to fully blend.
