BURRATA ROMESCO STYLE SAUCE
A tasty and quick recipe that will wow your guests!
Serve as an appetizer or in a "pot luck" meal, with croutons of your choice.
You will see, the flavors explode in your mouth!!!
INGREDIENTS
2 roasted red peppers
1/2 head of confit garlic
1 C. Cajun mix
1 C. tablespoons Les Savoureux piri piri sauce
1 C. tablespoon sherry vinegar or red wine vinegar
1/2 cup toasted almonds
Place all the ingredients in a food processor, place on a plate and add a burrata on top.
Add a drizzle of oil and slices of green onion.
