Cajun BBQ Chicken Wings with Hot Sauce
The recipe everyone keeps asking for… again and again
At home, these wings make their way back onto the menu all the time.
Why? Because they are crispy, full of flavor, nicely seasoned, and most of all… almost impossible to mess up.
Here, there are no complicated measurements:
👉 just go by feel, by instinct, and by what looks delicious.
🥘 Ingredients (approximate amounts)
Chicken wings
Olive oil
Les Savoureux BBQ Seasoning
Les Savoureux Cajun Seasoning
Les Savoureux Louisiana-Cajun Hot Sauce
(The amounts will vary depending on how many wings you are making — trust yourself!)
🍳 Preparation
Place the chicken wings in a large bowl.
Add a generous drizzle of olive oil.
Season with equal parts BBQ seasoning and Cajun seasoning.
Mix well to coat all the wings evenly. Add a little more oil or seasoning if needed.
Then add a little Louisiana-Cajun hot sauce, but do not use it all — you will want to save some for the end 😉
Cover and refrigerate for a few hours so the wings can really soak up all the flavor.
🔥 Cooking
Preheat the oven.
Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
At our house, we like them nice and crispy, so we bake them for 45 minutes to 1 hour, turning them halfway through if desired.
When they come out of the oven, add one last drizzle of hot sauce for a final kick 🔥

Serve with:
