🥘 Ingredients (4 to 6 servings)
4 generous chicken breasts
1 ball of fresh mozzarella, sliced
1 to 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
Our Vegetable Salt, to taste
2 tbsp Les Savoureux Italian Seasoning
Our Tomato & Basil seasoning, to taste (about 1 to 2 tbsp)
A drizzle of balsamic reduction, to taste
A drizzle of olive oil
Fresh basil, to taste
🍳 Preparation
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Slice the chicken breasts in half through the thickness to create thinner pieces.
Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Season with our Vegetable Salt, sprinkle with the Italian Seasoning, and lightly drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the chicken is almost fully cooked.
Top the chicken breasts with the tomato slices.
Sprinkle with our Tomato & Basil seasoning, then place the mozzarella slices on top.
Return to the oven for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the mozzarella is slightly softened. It should not become too runny.
Before serving, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic reduction, then garnish with fresh basil.
