Here is a recipe that you can keep at all times in the office without risking it going out of date in the back of the fridge!
Prepare the mix in advance, keep it in a bowl and add the milk of your choice as you go!
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup coconut or almond milk
1 C. sugar
1/2 tsp. dessert seasoning
