Thai Salmon Tartare
Thai Salmon Tartare, fresh, quick, and absolutely delicious

🥘 Ingredients (about 3 servings)
3 salmon tartare tubes
1 French shallot, finely chopped
2 green onions, finely sliced
1 ½ tbsp our Les Savoureux Thai seasoning
1 generous tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp capers, roughly chopped
Pomegranate seeds, to taste
Thin cucumber slices, for serving
For the avocado purée
Avocado, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
🍳 Preparation
In a bowl, add the salmon, French shallot, green onions, our Thai seasoning, mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, and capers.
Mix gently until all the ingredients are well combined.
Add pomegranate seeds to taste, then taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
In another small bowl, mash the avocado with a fork, then season simply with salt and pepper.
When ready to serve, spoon a little avocado purée onto the bottom of each plate or bowl.
Top with the salmon tartare mixture.
Finish with a few thin cucumber slices for an extra wow presentation.
Serve immediately.
