Here is a recipe for homemade crackers, super simple to make and TASTY!
2 cups almond flour
¼ cup sour cream
1 C. salt
2 tbsp. tablespoon ranch mix
Mix all the ingredients until you can form a ball. Roll between two parchment papers (about the thickness of a store-bought cracker), remove one parchment paper and cut into several squares. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
You will notice that the contour will cook faster than the center, halfway through cooking, or when the contours are golden brown, remove the baking sheet from the oven and remove the crackers that form the contour. Return to the oven to finish baking the center crackers.
Enjoy with your favorite spread, tartare, cretons, etc.<
