CAESAR DRESSING
It’s so easy to make a good Caesar vinaigrette with Les Savoureux!
Creamy, perfectly seasoned, and much healthier than the one already prepared commercially.
You can use this vinaigrette in a traditional Caesar salad, but also in Brussels sprout salad .
It will also be delicious in a chicken wrap or as a dip for raw vegetables.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Water, milk or cream until desired consistency
- 1 tsp. to 1 tbsp. of the Caesar salad mix (you can add more if you really like garlic).
- Parmesan cheese to taste
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
It also makes an excellent dip.
