SPICY CHOCOLATE 🍫
I recently learned (thank you mom!) that you can make your own chocolate, and it's super-simple!
I share my mom's secret with you, but don't tell her hahaha
Here is my recipe for making 70% chocolate.
The important thing is that you never heat the mixture too hot. The thing? Just dip your finger. You don't have to burn.
You can choose regular powdered sugar or erythritol/monk fruit (keto). If you choose the latter, pass it through a coffee grinder to reduce it to a very, very fine powder. Since you don't heat it, it tends not to dilute.
If you try with stevia, let me know!
INGREDIENTS
35g cocoa butter (found at natural health stores)
35g cocoa
30g caster sugar of your choice
2 pinches of fleur de sel
1/4 tsp. Mean Spice seasoning
PREPARATION
In a double boiler, melt the cocoa butter. Add the spices and leave to infuse for a few minutes. Add cocoa, sugar/sweetener and salt.I got these little molds in my stocking stuffer for my chocolates and fat bomb so had fun, but you can just pour your chocolate onto parchment paper on a cookie sheet. When it is frozen, simply break it into small pieces.
Most important? Bring some to the office, you'll make friends! < /div>
