GRANOLA
It's 6:30 am, the sun is starting to rise, it's autumn.
â You have a good coffee. Hunger is felt, you serve yourself a good plain yogurt.
That's it, you have a delicious idea, you decorate it with a good protein granola!

Pulverized in a food processor
- 1 cup of almonds
Add and spray to the robot
- 1 cup of pecans
- 1 cup of walnuts
Add and mix
- 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Add and mix by hand
- 1 tsp fleur de sel
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 2 egg whites
- 2 to 3 tbsp dessert seasoning
Place in the oven at 325Ë, 15 minutes, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
*It will still be soft when it comes out of the oven, let it cool and it will become crispy! You can then separate it into pieces.
