This salad/spread is high in protein, sustaining, simple and tasty.The whole family will love it :-)
Lots of ways to serve it:
As a meal or side salad, to spread in a sandwich, on baguette croutons, in a lettuce leaf, on crackers, tortillas, etc...
INGREDIENTS
2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped½ cup toasted walnuts
½ cup red or green grapes, quartered
1 stalk of celery sliced
1 sliced green shallot
1 heaping tablespoon of mayo
1 heaping tablespoon of sour cream
2 tbsp. tablespoon ranch mix
