A nice refreshing dip for hot days!
Or at any time, because we love the perfect mix of sweet and salty, yum!
200 g of feta cheese
1/2 cup mascarpone
1/2 cup cream
1/4 cup avocado or olive oil
1 C. tablespoon Greek mix
Cucumber in mini cubes
Watermelon in mini cubes
Finely chopped fresh mint
A drizzle of oil
In a food processor, place the whipped feta ingredients and pulse until fairly smooth.
Pour into a serving plate and add the toppings!!!
Serve with crackers or croutons.
