1/2 cup mascarpone
1/2 cup cream
1/4 cup avocado or olive oil
1 C. tablespoon Greek mix
Watermelon in mini cubes
Finely chopped fresh mint
A drizzle of oil
Pour into a serving plate and add the toppings!!!
Serve with crackers or croutons.

200 g of feta cheese1/2 cup mascarpone
1/2 cup cream
1/4 cup avocado or olive oil

Cucumber in mini cubesWatermelon in mini cubes

PREPARATION
In a food processor, place the whipped feta ingredients and pulse until fairly smooth.Pour into a serving plate and add the toppings!!!
