A perfect pairing with a bang bang FIESTA tequila!!!! haha!
Onions cut into cubes
Peppers cut into cubes
Orange Medium Cheddar Cheese Cubes
Cream cheese cubes
Salsa of your choice
MEXICAN seasoning to taste, depending on whether you like it spicier
Put in the oven at 375, or on the BBQ, for about 30 minutes (the cheese should melt, but not brown).
Mix all the ingredients and serve with nachos, pork rinds, vegetables, grilled pita... whatever you want!
