1 bag of shrimp
1/4 cup oil of your choice
2 tbsp. Cajun mix
“Garroche” all the ingredients in a resealable bag and mix well.
Leave to marinate for 3 to 12 hours.
Skewer the prawns and cook on the BBQ for a few minutes.
Garnish the tortillas with shredded cabbage, cilantro, diced red peppers and this lime mayo.
1/2 store-bought or homemade mayonnaise
Juice and zest of one lime.
Top the tacos and enjoy!<
