"Enjoy" your cabbage
Cabbage is often forgotten as a side vegetable.
Yes of course we use it in salads, or for cabbage rolls, but as an accompaniment?
Me, I love, I love, I LOVE cabbage!
Here is a way to use this super vegetable, which also has great nutritional properties (rich in fiber, and vitamin C, antioxidant, etc.).
1/4 to 1/2 cup oil of your choice (depending on the amount of cabbage)
1 to 2 tbsp. Tasty BBQ mix or your favorite mix (because this recipe can be made with almost all of our TASTY mixes)
I'm putting you cooking in the oven here, but it can be cooked very well on the BBQ!
Cut the cabbage into slices about 1 inch thick, and remove the "heart" part, cutting it in a V (as in the photo). Place the slices on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Mix oil and spices.
Brush the cabbage leaves with this mixture and presto! in the oven for about 30 to 40 minutes.
Enjoy!< /div>
