HOMEMADE SAUSAGES WITHOUT CASINGS
Initially, the creator of the seasonings was looking for a way to make homemade sausages. He was looking for the same good taste as those of his grandmother.
On the other hand, he didn't want to have to use breadcrumbs (to help anyone avoiding gluten) or casings (because it's more complicated).
So he traced his grandmother's recipe, and modified it by using chia instead of breadcrumbs. (The chia is already present in the sausage powder, no need to add it) Here is the recipe for making your own homemade sausages, quickly.
INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp. tablespoon seasoning sausage powder
2 tbsp. water
1 lb ground pork
PREPARATION
Cook in the pan over low heat with a little butter and/or olive oil
Enjoy!
PS Here's what we love to do:
Stack our uncooked sausages with parchment paper and freeze in a reusable plastic dish.
That way, you always have something on hand for a quick dinner!
Ah yes, it's excellent in a morning sandwich! < /div>
