Stracciatella Soup – Comfort in a Bowl

Here’s a quick and easy recipe you’ll adopt in no time — I’m sure of it!
INGREDIENTS

1 litre of chicken broth (homemade is always best!)

2 tbsp of Les Savoureux vegan chicken-style broth blend

2 to 3 beaten eggs

Grated Halloumi cheese, to taste

Salt and pepper

Optional: chopped chives and a splash of lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
In a saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
Add the vegan chicken-style broth blend.
Slowly pour in the beaten eggs while stirring the broth.
Taste and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
When serving, top with grated Halloumi cheese and, if desired, a splash of lemon juice and some fresh chives.
