Mama Mia how I love this Italian vinaigrette!
It will keep for about 2 weeks in the fridge. On the other hand, if you make it only with olive oil, it will tend to freeze in the fridge. So I make it half olive oil and half avocado oil, so it doesn't freeze and it gives it a milder taste.
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup avocado oil
2/3 cup white wine vinegar
2 tbsp. tablespoon Italian salad mix
1/2 cup grated parmesan (optional)
Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate for a few hours so that the flavors combine.
Serve on your favorite salad or on the tasty Italian salad .
