Chicken Stuffed Rolls
A recipe that looks impressive but is surprisingly simple — and far more affordable than premade grocery-store versions. Juicy chicken, savory sausage-style filling, melted mozzarella… all elevated with our Grandmother Seasoning Blend. One bite and you'll be hooked!
Ingredients for 4 rolls
• 4 chicken breasts
• 1 cup baby spinach
• 1 lb ground pork
• 2 tbsp Grandmother Seasoning – Les Savoureux
• 8 slices mozzarella cheese
• Butcher’s twine
• Salt & pepper
Preparation Steps
1. Prepare the chicken breasts
Slice each breast horizontally to open it up and create a wider surface.
Lightly flatten if needed.
2. Add the spinach
Spread a handful of baby spinach over each breast.
3. Make the filling
In a bowl, mix the ground pork with 2 tbsp of Grandmother Seasoning.
No breadcrumbs needed — this blend replaces them perfectly!
4. Add the filling
Place about 100 g (3–4 oz) of the sausage-style filling on the lower third of each breast.
Top with 2 slices of mozzarella.
5. Roll and tie
Roll each breast tightly.
Secure with butcher’s twine—
• use the traditional “roast tying” method
• or simply tie several small knots along the roll.
6. Season
Season the outside with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of Grand-Mère Seasoning.
7. Bake
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour, until the chicken is fully cooked.
8. Serve
Let rest a few minutes before slicing.
Serve with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
