CHICKEN ROLL WITH HOMEMADE SAUSAGE

At the grocery store, I'm always impressed by the meat rolls in the prepared foods section.
I am also always impressed by the prices, which are far from economical.
Here is a way to make them at home, economically, with real good ingredients, and simply.
Don't be intimidated by the steps, take it one step at a time and you'll be surprised how easy it is.
- 4 chicken breasts
 - 1 cup spinach
 - 1 lb ground pork
 - 2 tbsp sausage powder
 - 8 slices of mozzarella cheese
 - Butcher's twine
1- Cut the chicken breast to lengthen it in width. (I put a photo for you below)

2- Lay baby spinach.

3- In a bowl, mix the ground pork with the sausage powder
4- Place about 100g of sausage stuffing in a third of the breast.

5- Add the two slices of cheese
6- Make a roll, and tie it with the string. (My technique is similar to that of a butcher, but you can also simply tie lots of little knots)

6- Generously season the roll with sausage powder .
7- Place this on a baking sheet, on parchment paper and cook for 1 hour, at 350 ˚ C.
Pour yourself a nice glass of white wine!
