CHICKEN ROLLS WITH RICOTTA
Our recipes, we keep them simple.
At home too, we want to eat well, but life goes 100 miles an hour.
But sometimes, we make ourselves believe that they are fancy. 😂
Here's a chicken recipe that will make you look like a top restaurant chef, with very little effort 💪.
- 4 chicken breasts
- Cup of spinach
- 3/4 cup of ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Vegetable seasoning
- Butcher's twine
1- Cut the chicken breast to lengthen it in width. (I put a photo for you below)
2- Lay baby spinach.
3- In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with the vegetable seasonings
4- Place the cheese in a third of the chicken.
5- Make a roll, and tie it with the string. There is a real technique for tying, but if you don't know it, I've placed a "beginner's version" photo for you 😉
6- Generously season the Les Savoureux organic vegetable seasoning roll
7- Place this on a baking sheet, on parchment paper and cook for 1 hour, at 350 ˚ C.
Pour yourself a good glass of white wine!
