SAVORY BUTTER COOKIE
This little cookie will satisfy your little sweet tooth!
½ cup room temperature butter
1 pinch of salt
1 beaten egg
1/3 cup sugar (or erythritol)
1 C. tablespoon Les Savoureux dessert mix
In a bowl, mix the almond flour, sugar and dessert mix well.
Add the egg and butter, mix until the mixture forms a ball.
Place the mixture in plastic wrap and form a sausage about 2 inches in diameter.
Remove the film and cut into ½ inch slices.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake in the middle of the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
Let cool completely before handling :-)
