So comforting a spag meat balls, isn't it?
Everyone loves dumplings. Besides, I still have this recipe for meatballs (cooking but without sauce) in my optimal freezer. Super convenience store, one evening of fatigue, you put dumplings in a pan and you add your favorite sauce and TADAM!!! Dinner is ready 😃
I really like this recipe served on mashed cauliflower too!!! It seems strange at first sight but it is very good!
2 ½ to 3 lbs ground beef
2 tbsp. tablespoons of the “Italian” mixture
2 beaten eggs
Bunch of chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 cups breadcrumbs of your choice
Salt and pepper
1 cup grated parmesan
Your favorite tomato sauce to taste
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl, mix well and shape into balls.
Cook in a frying pan, browning well on all sides. Add the sauce of your choice and simmer for about 15 minutes over low heat.
* If you want to save them in your freezer for future use, cook the meatballs completely in a pan or in the oven without adding the sauce. All you have to do is reheat them and add the sauce of your choice.
