Cajun-Spiced Salmon Bites

A delicious fusion of sweet, flaky salmon and bold Cajun spices!
Perfect as an appetizer, in a rice bowl, or to impress at brunch.
🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2)
For the salmon bites:

2 salmon fillets

2 tsp of our Cajun spice blend

1 tsp Dijon mustard
-
1 tbsp maple syrup
For the creamy spicy sauce:

½ cup mayonnaise
-
½ cup Greek yogurt
-
2 tsp of our Cajun spice blend
-
2 tbsp of our Louisiana & Cajun hot sauce
-
Juice of ½ lime
👩🍳 Instructions

Prep the salmon
Cut the salmon into bite-sized cubes and place them in a mixing bowl. -
Season with love
Add the Cajun spices, Dijon mustard, and maple syrup.
Mix well to coat every piece. -
Sear to perfection
Heat a bit of oil in a skillet.
Cook the salmon cubes for 2–3 minutes per side, until nicely golden. -
Make the sauce
In a bowl, combine mayo, Greek yogurt, Cajun spices, hot sauce, and lime juice.
Taste and adjust to your liking. -
Assemble your bowl (optional but amazing)
Add some cooked rice to a bowl, top with steamed broccoli (or your favorite veggies),
then layer on the salmon bites and drizzle generously with the sauce. -
Finish and enjoy
Garnish with fresh cilantro for a vibrant finishing touch 🌿
