BBQ CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS
To make the menu, I usually take the flyer from my grocer, and base myself on what is on special.
Since there are always chicken drumsticks, and I don't keep my freezer inventory as well as our spice inventory, my freezer clutter is overflowing with chicken.
Fortunately, BBQ drumsticks are one of our favorite convenience store meals! With a big coleslaw, it's quickly prepared, and there's time to relax while it cooks.
INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken drumsticks2 tbsp. BBQ seasoning
PREPARATION
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Coat the chicken drumsticks well.Bake at 400˚C for 1 hour.
