ARTICHOKE DIPS
You sit in front of the game. You want to snack. Luckily your artichoke dip is in the oven!
I like to use the robot, it's faster and it gives a smooth texture in the mouth.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup spinach1 can (398 ml) artichoke hearts, drained
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. Vegetable seasoning
PREPARATION
In a food processor, chop the spinach and artichoke hearts.Place all the ingredients in a baking dish and mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Open a beer. Then add a little 2 minutes to broil to brown the top. .
