I find it really handy especially for chicken salad sandwiches. The famous no crust chicken sandwich that we all love!!! Here's a version where you can drizzle the ranch mix. Simple you say?

I really like ratatouille!!! I like it on fish, chicken, in pasta, in a sandwich, cold, hot, etc. When the harvest is plentiful, I freeze a few "batches" of it. During a tired evening, I put it on a fish and put it all in the oven.
A quick dinner but OH!!!! How tasty.

COD ONE POT PAN

I don't know about you, but I LOVE griddle meals. It's simple, quick and so tasty! We garroche the meat that we have on hand, the vegetables forgotten in the bottom of the fridge, and of course one of our spice mixes, Voila! Dinner is done!
Also, if your freezer is optimal, it will take you 3 minutes to do.

INGREDIENTS

2 beautiful cod fillets or white fish of your choice
1 box of cherry tomatoes
½ red onion, sliced
½ cup kalamata olives (or more to taste)
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 to 2 tablespoons of the Greek or Italian mixture (I put 2 for maximum flavor)
Olive or avocado oil
Salt and pepper

PREPARATION

Start the oven at 350
Place the fillets on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, place the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Place the mixture on the cod fillets and bake for about 20 minutes or until the cod is well cooked.
Enjoy!!!!!

At home we love them A LOT! And we don't just eat it at Christmas!!! We eat it every week!!!

GREEK CREAMY SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup plain yogurt
3 tbsp. tablespoon cream (of your choice)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
A drizzle of olive oil
1 C. Les Savoureux Greek mix

PREPARATION

Combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth.
You can use this sauce as a salad dressing, dip, marinade, etc...
Enjoy!!!

GREEK LEMON CHICKEN

POULET CITRONNÉ À LA GRECQUE - Les Savoureux

INGREDIENTS

4 chicken breasts or thighs
1/2 lemon, sliced
Green vegetables of your choice
3 tablespoons of capers
Olive or avocado oil
2 heaping tablespoons of the Greek mixture
1/3 of a red onion, sliced

PREPARATION

Spread everything on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 until the chicken has lost its pink color inside.
Enjoy!!!
