BBQ DELICATED EGGS
Who doesn't like deviled eggs?
At home we love them A LOT! And we don't just eat it at Christmas!!! We eat it every week!!!
Here is my recipe, with the BBQ mix, which really gives a flavor kick to this wonderful protein filled with good nutrients.
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 C. Dijon mustard
1 C. tablespoon BBQ mix
12 pieces of bacon
Finely chopped chives
Salt and pepper
Remove from the heat, drain the hot water and quickly fill with cold water to stop the eggs from cooking.
Peel the eggs and cut them in half. Separate the yolk from the white and place the yolks in a bowl to mix in the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Mix until homogeneous. To book
Place the BBQ mixture on a plate and dip the cut side of the egg whites in it.
Stuff with the yolk mixture and garnish with a piece of bacon and some chives.
I advise you to double the recipe, if you want it for more than a day 😊 Especially if you have teenagers at home...
