CHICKEN WINGS AND RANCH SAUCE
Chicken wings are so good!!!
But these are TASTY!!!
With the ranch dip it's a sure hit!
You can serve them for all occasions, in a buffet, as a starter, as a main meal with a good salad, in your "Super Bowl" menu...
INGREDIENTS
wings
Dip
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cream or milk
1 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar or white vinegar.
2 tbsp. soup of ranch mix
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 400
In a bowl, mix the Red Hot sauce with the BBQ mixture.
On a lined cookie sheet of parchment paper, lay out the chicken wings.
Brush the wings on each side with the sauce mixture.
Bake at 400 for about 45 minutes, or until cooked through. Flip the wings halfway through cooking.
While cooking, prepare the ranch dip.
In a bowl, pour the cream or milk and add the vinegar and stir lightly (this makes homemade buttermilk).In another bowl, combine the remaining dip ingredients, and add the buttermilk until desired consistency.
